SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order is completed we will prepare your Jade for shipping (please allow up to one week) and will ship via Canada Post. Local delivery may be available ( You will be contacted if local delivery is available at that time). For Canada post $100 insurance is standard, if you would like more coverage, please get in touch to add additional coverage.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

All Jades will be shipped unbroken or damaged. We will not be held responsible for damage incurred during shipping ( we recommend additional shipping coverage for this reason). If your jade shows up damaged please contact us via e-mail.

Work is done to ensure that an accurate representation of the stones colour's are displayed, but due to differences in phone and computer screens some discrepancies may occur.
